MSX is a leading RWA trading platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). We are committed to protecting user privacy and clearly defining the methods of data processing. To ensure regulatory compliance and asset security, the Platform implements specific guidelines regarding the processing of user data; please read the following contents carefully.
1.1 Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the MSX Protocol (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Privacy Policy and its associated Terms of Service.
1.2 This Platform is operated by Mystonks Holding LTD. Registration Number: 1540081 (MSX) as the actual service provider, responsible for the development, operation, maintenance, user support, and all related services of the Platform.
In consideration of the variations in regulatory requirements governing privacy protection and digital asset trading across different jurisdictions, the Platform enforces the following access restrictions:
2.1 Legal Age: You must have reached the legal age of majority required by your jurisdiction (typically 18 years of age or older).
2.2 Restricted Jurisdictions: The Platform explicitly does not provide services to residents, citizens, or legal entities incorporated in the following countries or regions:
• The United States;
• Canada;
• Hong Kong, China;
Sanctioned Regions: Any country or region listed on sanctions lists maintained by the United Nations, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or other relevant international organizations.
2.3 Compliance Obligations: You represent and warrant that you are not using the Platform on behalf of any person or entity from the aforementioned restricted regions, and you commit not to circumvent geographical restrictions through the use of VPNs or other technical means.
3.1 Information Not Collected
MSX does not collect or store any of the following user information:
• Identity information (e.g., name, address, ID number, passport);
• Contact information (e.g., email, phone number);
• IP address, device identifiers, or browser fingerprints;
• Transaction records or wallet balances (all transactions are completed directly by users through the blockchain network).
3.2 On-Chain Public Data
The inherent nature of blockchain networks means the following data is public and immutable by default:
• User wallet addresses and their on-chain transaction hashes;
• Transaction details executed through smart contracts (e.g., token type, amount, timestamp);
• On-chain operation records of user interactions with the MSX protocol.
Note: The above data can be publicly queried by third-party blockchain explorers.
4.1 Purpose of Data Usage
MSX interacts with users solely through front-end interfaces or open-source code, and data processing is entirely user-driven. We may analyze anonymized data to:
• Optimize protocol performance and user experience;
• Monitor smart contract security;
• Generate global statistics (e.g., total transaction volume, liquidity pool size).
4.2 Data Sharing Principles
• No third-party sharing: MSX will not sell, rent, or share user data with any third party;
• Law enforcement cooperation: If formally requested by a legally recognized judicial authority, we may assist in parsing on-chain public data within technically feasible limits.
5.1 Anonymity Protection
Users can enhance privacy through the following methods:
• Use anonymous wallet addresses (e.g., newly generated addresses);
• Access the protocol front-end using privacy tools (e.g., VPN, Tor browser);
• Avoid associating personal identity information with on-chain transactions.
5.2 Data Control Rights
Since MSX does not store user data, you cannot exercise the following rights through this protocol:
• Data access, correction, or deletion requests;
• Data portability;
• Restriction or objection to data processing.
6.1 Technical Safeguards
• Smart contract code is open-source and has undergone third-party security audits;
• Front-end interfaces deploy HTTPS encrypted communication;
• Regular updates to dependency libraries to fix potential vulnerabilities.
6.2 User Responsibilities
• Safeguard private keys and mnemonic phrases to prevent leaks through social engineering or phishing attacks;
• Be vigilant against malicious websites or applications impersonating MSX.
7.1 Asset Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your wallet private keys, mnemonic phrases, and other authentication information confidential. MSX is not liable for asset losses caused by the leakage, loss, or theft of private keys.
7.2 Compliance Obligations: You must ensure that your trading activities comply with the laws and regulations of your country/region, including but not limited to tax reporting and capital control policies.
7.3 Prohibited Activities: You must not engage in the following activities on this platform:
• Disrupting the normal operation of the protocol's smart contracts;
• Exploiting vulnerabilities for arbitrage, attacks, or fraud;
• Spreading malicious code or committing cybercrimes.
Due to the decentralized nature of MSX, the following cannot be guaranteed:
• Deletion or modification of on-chain transaction data;
• Prevention of third-party inference of user behavior through public data;
• Control over personal information leaked through integrated services (e.g., wallets, cross-chain bridges).
MSX does not provide services to users under the legal age of majority (typically 18 years old). If a minor is found using this protocol, please contact us to remove the relevant on-chain data (technically may not be feasible).
The global nature of blockchain networks means on-chain data may be stored on nodes in any jurisdiction. MSX does not control the physical storage location of data.
We may revise this privacy agreement to reflect technical or legal changes. Updates will be notified through the following methods:
• Publishing on the website;
• Updating the agreement documentation in the GitHub repository.
Continued use of this protocol constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• This agreement does not constitute legal advice, and users should assess privacy risks independently;
• It is recommended to consult a professional lawyer to ensure compliance with applicable privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
